PCR amplification was performed with 20 μl volumes containing 10× PCR buffer, 1.5 mM MgCl2, 100 mM deoxynucleoside triphosphates, 0.1 μM of each primer, 2.5 U Taq DNA polymerase (Takara), 50 ng template DNA and PCR-grade water.
