Sequencing results showed that 269 circRNAs and 109 lncRNAs had been differentially expressed in lung structure associated with saline and PS-MPs revealed rats. The upregulated expressions of lncRNA XLOC_031479, circRNA 014924 and circRNA 006603 and the downregulated expressions of lncRNA XLOC_014188 and circ003982 were identified by qRT-PCR in MPs team.
